Hiring Our Heroes to Host Elevator Pitch Workshop for Veterans and Military Spouses

On May 22, 2025, Hiring Our Heroes will host a virtual workshop aimed at helping veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses sharpen one of the most important tools in the job search arsenal: the elevator pitch.

Titled "Crafting Your Elevator Pitch," the session will run from 1:00 to 2:30 PM EDT and is presented in partnership with 50strong, along with major employers including Fiserv, HCA Healthcare, Leidos, Cushman & Wakefield, and Visa. The event will provide participants with expert guidance on how to professionally and concisely introduce themselves in networking situations and job interviews.

The session is part of Hiring Our Heroes’ broader mission to support the military community in securing meaningful employment. By collaborating with private-sector leaders and offering hands-on professional development, the organization continues to bridge the gap between military experience and civilian career opportunities.
