We are thrilled to announce that we have hired Logan Cone as the summer intern for Gateway. Originally from Denver, Colorado, he currently resides in Manhattan, Kansas, where he is pursuing a degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management at Kansas State University. Alongside his major, his minors include Economics, Data Analytics, and Sales. His passion lies in economic and business policy, and he aspires to pursue roles in this field within either the public or private sector. As an active member of his campus community, Logan has had the privilege of serving as the Legislative Director for the student government, where he spearheads advocacy efforts on behalf of the student body. Additionally, he gained valuable experience last summer through an internship with Congressman Tracey Mann (KS-01). This opportunity engaged Logan in constituent outreach and casework, further deepening his understanding of public service and the importance of effective communication and problem-solving. His experience and passion for making a difference in the community makes him an excellent addition to the Gateway team.
Logan is participating in the Kaleo program, which brings together college students from the Midwest to foster personal growth in faith, character, and leadership. Over 200 students come to our area for 8 weeks each summer, and Gateway is excited to develop and continue a relationship with this program for future opportunities, not only within our team but to connect these students with our investors and chamber members. Welcome Logan!
